These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SISTAHPUSH® website and the products, coaching, content, programs, and services offered by PM Maven, LLC d/b/a SISTAHPUSH®.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in SISTAHPUSH® coaching, programs, or services.
Coaching and Services
SISTAHPUSH® provides coaching, accountability, structure, strategy, educational content, and related services designed to support individuals as they work toward their goals.
You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, implementation, and results.
Coaching is a collaborative process and does not guarantee that you will achieve or complete any particular goal or obtain any particular personal, professional, financial, or business result.
No Professional Advice
Unless expressly stated otherwise, SISTAHPUSH® coaching, content, programs, and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes.
Nothing provided through SISTAHPUSH® constitutes legal, medical, mental-health, tax, investment, accounting, or other licensed professional advice.
You should consult an appropriately qualified professional when you require advice in those areas.
Payments
Prices and payment terms will be disclosed before purchase.
By purchasing a SISTAHPUSH® product or service, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide according to the payment terms presented at checkout or contained in your applicable service agreement.
If a payment plan is offered, you remain responsible for all payments included in that plan unless otherwise expressly stated in a written agreement.
No Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated in writing at the time of purchase or required by applicable law.

If your individual coaching agreement or another written agreement with SISTAHPUSH® contains different cancellation, payment, or refund provisions, the terms of that agreement will control for that service.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Individual coaching services may be subject to scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, late-arrival, or no-show policies communicated at the time of booking or contained in your coaching agreement.
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions when reasonably necessary.
Intellectual Property
The SISTAHPUSH® name, branding, logos, slogans, program names, website content, videos, written materials, worksheets, frameworks, graphics, downloads, training materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to PM Maven, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Your purchase of or access to SISTAHPUSH® content gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use that content for your own personal purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, share, teach, modify, create derivative commercial products from, or otherwise exploit our proprietary materials without prior written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to use this website or our services to violate applicable law, interfere with the operation or security of our systems, impersonate another person, transmit malicious software, infringe intellectual-property rights, harass others, or engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct.
